Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or use our Services. By using the website, you confirm that you meet all legal requirements to enter into a binding contract. 3. Bookings and Payments All bookings are made through movl.us or through direct communication with our representatives. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed on the site. Prices shown on the website include applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated. 4. Cancellations and Refunds You may cancel your reservation at no charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup will be subject to a 100% charge of the booking amount. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. No-shows or missed pickups will not be eligible for refunds. 5. Service Conditions MovL drivers will make reasonable efforts to arrive at the pickup location on time; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Passengers must provide accurate contact and location details during booking. Smoking, drug use, or unlawful behavior inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, legal, or conduct-related reasons. 6. User Conduct You agree not to: Use the website for any unlawful purpose. Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website. Use automated systems or bots to collect information or make unauthorized bookings. 7. Limitation of Liability ATL Capital LLC and its affiliates, officers, and drivers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, missed flights, loss of personal belongings, or third-party actions. 8.
